The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a proposed sole source requirement with Inter-National Research Institute, Inc (INRI) of Reston, VA for the following services in support of the AN/BSY-2 Joint Maritime Command Information System (JMCIS) Over-the-Horizon (OTH) subsystem: (a) Incorporate Driver for DEC Laser Writer Printer; (b) Evaluate year 2k problems with the Unified Build /Submarine Combat System/Link-11 segments; (c) Fix multiple priority three (3) Software Problem reports (d) Evaluate impact of TADIX-B integration into JMCIS and (e) Evaluate the AN/BSY-2 Defense Information Infrastructure Common Operating Environment Upgrade plan. In order to provide the required services, a specific knowledge of JMCIS core operating software is required. The estimated level of effort is 1275 hours for a period of performance of 24 months.
