WC3, 7600 Sand Point Way NE, Bin C15700, Seattle, WA 98115-0070 Z -- SOURCES SOUGHT TO REMOVE AND CLOSE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS IN
ST. PAUL, AK (ALEUTIAN ISLANDS). SOL WASC8-885 POC Randall Brown
(voice) (206) 526-6042/FAX (206) 526-6025 Sources sought to close and
remove underground storage tanks in St. Paul, Alaska (Aleutian
Islands). Tanks were used to store either gasoline, diesel, or heating
oil. Currently estimated that six (6) underground storage tanks,
ranging from 300-gallon to 4,000-gallon capacity, will need to be
removed. Contractor will also be required to install above-ground
storage tanks at the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) staff
quarters in St. Paul. Excavation site is in a remote location in the
Aleutian Islands and it's expected that award will be made to a local
contractor (Anchorage, AK or outlying areas). Contractor must possess
all necessary licenses, permits, and conform to all applicable Federal,
state, and local laws in performing the excavation and installation of
new above ground tanks. All responsible sources may submit proposals
which shall be considered by the agency. (0057) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0157 19980303\Z-0027.SOL)
