Notice of Broad Agency Announcement for research and monitoring pursuant to the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Restoration Work -- - The National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration is issuing a BAA on behalf of the Exxon VAldez Oil Spill Trustee Council requesting research and monitoring proposals concerning factors affecting the recovery of resources injured by the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The request encompasses those research areas identified in the "Invitation to Submit Restoration Proposals for FY99" that was issued by the Trustee Council on February 15, 1998. The Invitation projects a vision of the research, monitoring, and general restoration needs of the restoration program. Proposal requirements and evaluation factors are included in the BAA; interested parties should request copies of the BAA from the issuing office listed above.
