The construction completion date is estimated to be 142 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range for construction is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about March 17, 1998, only from the Architect/Engineering Firm of NTB, Inc., 525 Louisiana Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. It is emphasized that requests for Plans and Specifications should be directed to the A/E firm listed above to ensure proper handling of requests. Requests must be in writing. Plans and Specifications will be made available for pick-up at the A/E's office, or may be arranged for delivery at an additional charge. Any additional shipping and/or handling charges must be pre-paid, and COD requests will not be accepted. Requests will be answered on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies are exhausted. After supplies are exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether or not payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A Pre-Bid Walk-Thru is scheduled for March 31, 1998, at 3:00 P.M. local time at the Shreveport Job Corps Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.
