Work includes repairing metal roofing panels and skylights, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and miscellaneous existing exposed canopy components on the underside of the patio canopies, removal of existing and installation of new light fixtures with associated electrical work, and relocation of existing ceiling fans. Projected performance period is 100 calendar days. No telephone requests wull be accepted. This solicitation package will be issued as a firm-fixed price contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542. This is an unrestricted procurement. Only one site visit is scheduled, 02 April 1998 at 9:00a.m. Bid closing is 16 April 1998.
