Patrom, 202-231-2159 The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking sources interested in providing non-personal contractor support services to collect, Translate, and analyze information and submit various reports and studies on the events, personalities and trends of China. Services will also entail providing insights into developments of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), Chinese defense industrial matters and studies on a wide variety of military and political topics. Interested companies should submit a capability statement, which clearly demonstrates past performance and experience in the area of collection, translation, and analysis of information pertaining to the Chinese defense industry not later than 20 March 1998.
