Bidders shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their bid. This notice serves as official amendment to subject synopsis/solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to include additional clauses and provisions related to the synopsis. The combined synopsis/solicitation Number DAKF57-98-B-0005, Amendment 1, is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The due date for receipt of bids is extended to March 23, 1998 at 4:00 PM(PT). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. Add the following provisions to the solicitation: 252.225-7035; 52.214-34 and 52.214-35. Change the following clauses within 252.225-7001(b) to read: 252.225-7012; 252.225-7036 and 252.225-7024.
