Bethesda, MD requirements are for 1AE, 1:250,000 Scale, JOG-A decompartmented compilation and color separation products approximately ten (10) sheets classified SECRET; 2AA/AB, Corrected Reprint Charts, plotting Notice to Mariners corrections and color separation of charts, approximately fifteen (15) unclassified charts. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency, St. Louis, MO requirements are for 1AE, eleven (11) JOG-A combo; 3AG, five (5) 1:100. Color separation of the following products 4AA, two (2) AT 200; 1AE, five (5) JOG-A; 3CB, one (1) City Graphic; 1AA, two (2) TPC; 1AB, one (1) ONC; 1EB, two (2) EVC. This notification is directed to contractors who currently qualify as Basic Ordering Agreement holders under this solicitation. Source materials at Bethesda, MD will be made available for mandatory inspection from 9-13 March 1998 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM local time at 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003. Contractors who wish to view the source material shall contact Diana Daunt (PCOE) one week prior to mandatory source inspection. Source materials at St. Louis, MO will be available for mandatory inspection 9-13 March 1998 between the hours of 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM local time at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63102-3399. Offers must be received no later than 12:00 PM local time 23 March 1998 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCOE, MS D-5, 4600 Sangamore Road, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 and offers resulting from the St. Louis, MO source exhibit must be received no later than 1:00 PM local time 16 March 1998 at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, PCOW, MS L-13, Building 36, Section 5C, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO. Contractors who wish to view the source materials shall contact Joan Reagan (PCOW) one week prior to mandatory source inspection. Delivery shall be FOB destination.
