Contractor shall provide facilities and all supplies and services to accommodate a conference to be held at a hotel or motel, located within a 25-mile radius of Fort Lewis, Washington and has a room capacity of 160 persons. The conference will be held during the period 6 July through 10 July 1998. Services shall include: Providing single occupancy rooms, dinner and breakfast meals for three days, rooms on site to be used for serving the dinner and breakfast meals, a conference administrative room, and a meeting room for one day. The total cost of lodging and meals for each person per day cannot exceed the daily per diem rate allowed by the U.S. Government.
