This procurement is to evaluate Patrick AFB housing privatization project submissions and recommend privatization approaches. The contractor will also provide the Air Force Space Command Privatization Team (AFSPC PT) a logical sequence of techniques and procedures for privatization project development and data to support a joint Air Force and Department of Defense site visit.
