The services are amended to require photocopying, file preparation and electronic imaging on site at Enforcement Center offices to be located in New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Ft Worth and Los Angeles. The task to be performed on site will be subject to the Service Contract Act and wage determinations have been requested for these locations. All other tasks remain the same and are not required to be performed on site and will not be subject to the Service Contract Act. The RFP will be issued on or about March 11, 1998.
