J -- MAINTENANCE OF 172 COLOR TELEVISION SETS, SATELITTE DISH/UHF/VHF SOL IFB 521-044-98(TP) DUE 041598 POC Teresa Posey, Administrative Contracting Officer, (205) 933-4492 The DVAMC Birmingham, AL, requires full on site service maintenance, repair services and preventive maintenance inspections for 172 Color Television (TV) Sets, Satellite Dish/UHF/VHF Antennas and Head-In Equipment and Master Antenna Calbe Distribution System for the period of May 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 with four (4) one year renewal options. The contractor will be required to provide a loaner TV in the event that a TV has to be removed from the site for repair. Service calls will be placed seven days per week, twelve (12) hours per day, between the hours of 8:00am through 8:00pm (CST). The contractor will be required to respond to all service calls within one (1) hour after notification and be on site within two (2) hours.
