Creative and expert assistance in the field of public relations, on a task order basis, is required in support of the Public Affairs Office for the Library of Congress's 200th anniversary of its founding. The objective of this contract is to obtain creative and technical assistance in the development and execution of a nationwide public relations program in support of the Library's Bicentennial. Tasks could include, but are not limited to, the following: Opinion and attitude survey and analysis; strategic public relations planning and budgeting; cost/benefit analysis of proposed events; execution of local, regional and national publicity campaigns; liaison with designers of advertising and promotional materials; and production of materials in all media and formats.
