It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period January 1, 1999 through December 31,2000, plus 3 governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The approximate average capacity strength is 400 students (256 male resident students and 144 female resident students). Pre-proposal conference t for the Job Corps Center will be convened at Brunswick Job Corps Center. There will be a tour of the facility at Brunswick Job Corps Center on March 30, 1998, 9:00 a.m. local time. Upon entyering the facility, tour participants must report and register at the Job Corps Center. The contractor shall provide Academic and Vocational Training, operate a Counseling and Residential Living Program, and operate the following support services: Health Services, Processing of Student Records, Discipline System, Clothing Issue, Mail Services and Legal Services. The contractor will also provide overall Center Management and Administration as follows: Contract and Personnel Administration, Staff Training, Financial Management, Procurement and Property Management, Facility Operations and Maintenance, Security and Safety Services, Community Relations and Public Information. All questions prior to the Pre-Proposal Conference should be submitted in writing. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 2:00 p.m., local time on March 11, 1998 at the address listed above.
