This item was determined to be Military Unique and will be purchased under the provisions of FAR Part 12. Quantity: Base Year:Minimum: 193,500 pr; Maximum: 361,200 pr. Two 100% term options: Quantity for each year: Minimum: 188,232; Maximum: 351,372. Item shall be manufactured in accordance with Bates Shoe Style #941 or equal. Salient characteristics to follow. A portion of the contract may be Vendor Managed and/or Quick Response. Destination: Albany, GA. Delivery required 150 days after date of award with 12 deliveries.
