Z -- CONSTRUCT ENLISTED TRAINING FACILITY FOR 160TH SOAR, FORT CAMPBELL, KENTUCKY SOL DAKF23-98-B-0014 DUE 040698 POC Contract Specialist Learah Smith (502) 798-7834 Contracting Officer Barbara Dawson (502) 798-7129 (Site Code DAKF23) Construct a building, approximately 86'x55' for the Special Operations Aviation Training Company to use as an enlisted training facility. The building shall include, but not be limited to, architectural features, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications and life safety systems, landscaping, and site utilities (including underground electrical service). Communication lines shall be run from an existing communications manhole to the new building. The building shall have a metal building frame and roof system, with brick veneer walls. Estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1542 for this solicitation, the average annual receipt of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
