Delivery will be FOB destination on or about February 1999. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. Note: In accordance with Western's Acquisition Handbook, "Western procurement officials shall limit availability of solicitations." Therefore, only a LIMITED NUMBER of copies of this solicitation will be available to be distributed by this office. Copies of this solicitation will be issued on a "first-come, first-served basis."
