Temperature Range specifications are clarified as follows: For Refrigerator portion of room, 5 degrees Celcius, plus/minus 5 degrees. For the Freezer portion of the room, minus 5 degrees Celcius, plus/minus 5 degrees. A semi-hermatic sealed compressor is required, to allow for maintenance/repairs to be performed on the unit. RH/Relative Humidity, no controls are required. A preset level does not have to be maintained; however, excessive humidity cannot be tolerated. The assumption of our technical staff is that most units can handle dehumidifcation with no problem. Stock urine pools will be maintained in the units. The distance for the electrical and drain runs will fluctuate, depending on where vendor connections are. Actual distance from the center of the room where the units will be located, to the panel is approximately 10 feet. This does not take into consideration the run up to the roof for the condensing unit, and the up and down walls where conduit is to be run. The drain line is located on the southeast corner of the room. It is approximately 18 feet to the opposite corner. This is a straight line, not taking into consideration any bends that may need to be made. The room is located on the ground floor of a one story building. Contractor will be required to make penetrations and build curb around the unit on the roof. (0050)
