Stibich,233LS,732-323-4771;Contracting Officer is J.Murtagh The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure five SWU-79 Switching Units (NAVAIR part number 3174AS300) for use with the A/U24T-1(V) Wire Test Set from CSTS, Inc., 4123 E. LaPalma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92807. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only supplier of this equipment already purchased by the Government. The equipment is used on ships and land bases to test aircraft cable harnesses. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
