Project involves: Provide new Fire Alarm Equipment for entire building, while utilizing certain existing conduit, circuit wiring, and alarm initiating devices. The new Fire Alarm System shall have emergency voice capability, fire alarm panels with battery backup, duct smoke detectors, conduit, and wiring connecting new and existing alarm initiating devices, speakers, and speaker/strobes. Project to be completed in eight separate phases. Precautions must be taken in working in areas containing asbestos materials. BASE BID: One lump sum is required.
