These University level courses will be conducted at Kirtland AFB NM in government furnished facilities by contractor employees. Contractor will be responsible to provide safety education for selected Air Force and foreign officers. Courses to be conducted will be as follows: (1) USAF Flight Safety Officer Course, (2) International Flight Safety Officer Course, (3) Air National Guard (ANG) Aircraft Mishap Prevention Course. A contract with a Base Year and two Options is contemplated. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis only. Interested parties may submit the following information in writing to ASC/PKWRM, Wendy Kirchoff at 1400 Allbrook Drive Ste 3, WPAFB OH 45433. Information required to establish a source list is as follows: (1) Name and address of firm, (2) Business size, (3) References of other similar contracts performed, (4) Names of POC for those contracts.
