Postal Service (UPS) Great Lakes Area Office is seeking to prequalify accredited colleges or universities to develop, design, create, revise and produce new training courses for its Roadmaps Training Program. The training courses must meet or exceed the course development standards as outlined by the American Council on Education Program for College Credit Recommendation Services (ACE/CCRS). The contract is anticipated to be for an initial period of three years, with two one-year optional years, for a possible total of five years. Colleges or universities seeking to be prequalified must submit a Letter of Interest to the Chicago Purchasing and Materials Service Center, 150 South Wacker Drive, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60606-4100, Attention W. E. Ladner, requesting a Prequalification Package for the USPS Roadmaps Training Program, by March 13, 1998. The name, address (including Zip +4) and telephone number of the person who is designated to receive the package must be clearly indicated. Purchasing plans to issue Prequalification Packages on March 16, 1998. Respondents will be given until April 16, 1998 or thirty days from date of issue, whichever is later, to submit their response.
