Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia. Road shoulder work consists of but not limited to bituminous, gravel roads, and trails. Utility right-of-ways consists of overhead telephone and/or electrical distribution lines or underground electrical, telephone, telemetry or water/sewer utility lines.
