This system must include at a minimum the I-Novent delivery system, I-Novent delivery system cart, INOcal Calibration Gas Kit that includes (1)INOcal NO Calibration Gas, 45ppm; 57 L INOcal NO2 Calibration Gas, 10ppm; 57 L Calibration Gas Regulators (2 per kit); Calibration Gas Tubing Kit; and Calibration Gas Carrying Case. This system is a self contained delivery device that provides for the administration and monitoring of this gas in a safe manner and can be used on the mechanically ventilated patient or used via mask CPAP or aerosol administration. Must include a 12 months warranty on parts and labor. This Notice Of Intent is not a Request For Competitive Proposal or Quotation and no solicitation document exists. Information received as a result of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses received will be fully considered by this medical center and they must furnish all descriptive literature and technical data sheets necessary for the purchasing activity to determine whether the product offered meets the salient characteristics/requirements of this advertisement.
