Eastern Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. The estimated cost is between $200,000 and $250,000. The work consists of construction of a new single-story structure to replace the existing administration building. The new facility includes an entry vestibule, waiting/ reception area with service counter, and open office, file room, office supplies room, two (2) private offices, break room and two (2) restrooms. Site work includes minor demolition; tree removal; grading; new concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutter; landscaping and asphalt concrete paving. Utility work includes new water, natural gas, sanitary sewer, electrical power and telephone service to the building. The work includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications and fire alarm systems to provide a complete operating system. Construction work for this project is anticipated to begin on or about May 15, 1998. This project is set aside for small businesses only. This is a negotiated procurement that will result in a firm fixed-price contract. A non-fundable charge of $50 will be assessed to cover the printing costs of the solicitation package. Payment must be submitted with the request for solicitation documents. Payment must be made by certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the General Services Administration. (No personal or company checks will be accepted.) Solicitation date is on or about March 2, 1998; proposal due date is on or about April 1, 1998.
