Urgency requirements will be utilized in the solicitation process. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) N00102-98-R-6291. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32, part 12. The associated standard industrial classification code is 7011. The small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. Four (4) lots of rooms will be required in support of the 714 SRA to be located in Norfolk, VA for the following estimated dates: 02/19/98 through 05/14/98. An estimated total number of room days is 5,428. Estimated check out date will be 05/15/98. All rooms must be efficiency units or mini-apartments to include a full kitchen with stove w/oven and cooktop, pots, pans, utensils, etc. All rooms require a microwave and refrigerator.
