McMeekin, Contracting Officer, (202) 219-6445 The contractor will be required to perform fiduciary compliance audits of the Thrift Savings Plan. The period of performance will be one year with four one-year option periods. The Government will make one award. The award will not be made to an offeror that also has a contract with the Thrift Investment Board for the performance of financial audits. The contractor will be required to maintain its principal office of business, for staffing and administrating the contract, within either Washington, D.C., Montgomery County, MD, Prince George's County, MD, Arlington County, VA, Fairfax, County, VA, Fairfax City, VA, Falls Church, VA, or Alexandria, VA, and this office will have to be staffed with the "key" personnel necessary to manage the contract.
