Box 1087, Huntsville, AL 35807 for the following requirement. SPECIFICATIONS: NSN = 7010 P/N = 8725 Supply Source = PROCESS CONTROLLERS PROVIDING 4 PID CONTROL LOOPS, 4 PROGRAMMER FUNCTIONS, 6 ANALOG INPUTS FOR THERMOCOUPLES, 8 ANALOG OUTPUTS FOR CONTROL FUNCTIONS, AN RS232 SERIAL COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE. FOR COMPATABILITY WITH EXISTING CONTROLLERS AND TO HAVE A USER FRIENDLY OPERATOR INTERFACE FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATION, THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEST FILLED BY A EUROTHERM DIMENSION CONTROLLER WITH PART NUMBER 8725/AGOI/2233/CL4/PR4/232/0/488/AEC1/2233/0/0 This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3823 and 500 respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. Interested firms have until February 17, 1998, to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
