16 -- BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) FOR PIONEER UAV POC James St. Jean, Phone (301)757-5895 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Pioneer UAV Inc. in support of the Pioneer Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Program. The supplies and services to be procured include: Engineering, technical and field support; Logisitic and maintenance support; Repair of repairables; Spares and repair parts; Retrofit kits and installation of engineering changes; and Technical data associated with the tasks described above. PUI is the developer, designer, and sole manufacturer of the Pioneer UAV system, and as such, is the only known firm with knowledge, experience, and technical data required to fulfill this need.
