The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for single ply roofing, masonry, the removal and disposal of asbestos materials, structural steel, metal deck, carpentry, steel door, frame and hardware and incidental related work. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1761. The related Small Business Size Standards is $7.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
