The Contractor shall use State licensed or certified appraisers to perform the reviews. There is one geographic area for this solicitation, comprised of the following counties: Sherburne, Isanti, Chisago, Wright, Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Carver, Scott, and Dakota counties, Minnesota. HUD intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. The reviewers will examine the accuracy and quality of appraisals performed by authorized appraisers. Some reviews will require interior examinations of properties. Offerors must demonstrate experience with valuation principles and procedures, and the capacity to perform the estimated quantity of reviews for the geographic area. The term of this contract is for a one-year period. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this procurement is 6531. See Numbered Note 1. This procurement is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures, and the value of this contract shall not exceed $100,000.
