This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity requirement for 2.3 meter diameter toroidal, fiberglass over foam, oceanographic buoy with type 316 stainless steel framework and three (3) attachment points on top and bottom of buoy. Displacement shall be approximately 6500 lbs. Minimum buoyancy shall be 5600 lbs. The base period of performance will be for 1 year with options for two additional one-year periods.
