It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain a source for the recycling of construction debris, composed entirely of concrete, asphalt and fill dirt generated at the Naval Amphibious Base. The Contractor shall provide a stable, unobstructed and safe dumping area to receive Government vehicles to offload debris. The Contractor's facility shall be located within a 20 mile radius of the Naval Amphibious Base. The total term of this contract shall not exceed 60 months (base year plus four options).
