Roache, Contract Specialist, 301-344-3174 Agricultural Research Service requires the services of a contractor to conduct a nationwide search to locate, and submit the applications of highly qualified individuals who meet the executive core and technical qualifications required to be considered to fill the following positions: Associate Director, Beltsville, Area, Beltsville, MD; Associate Director, Southern Plains Area, College Station, TX; Associate Director, Northern Plains Area, Ft. Collins, CO; Director, Western Regional Research Center, Albany, CA. Traditional recruitment efforts for positions at this level in the Agency have not generated a large pool of applicants, nor have they generated applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. The Department's Office of Personnel has indicated that agencies need to expand their recruitment efforts and conduct widespread searches for persons to fill senior leadership positions in USDA. The total amount of time for completion of this project is 90 days from the date of contract award.
