HUD requires the services of a contractor to perform Field Review of 203(k) inspections and Architectural Plan Reviews for the HUD Maryland State Office.The work requires field reviews of 203(k) work writeups, cost estimates and phsical inspection (interior and exterior) of the property being rehabilitated before construction starts, during the rehab phase, or after completion of the rehab. The contractor shall perform Architectural Plan Reviews and inspections on work writeups, and cost estimates completed by HUD approved 203K Consultants/Plan Reviewers/Inspectors on existing construction single family properties receiving high loan-to-value 203(k) rehabilitation financing. This is an indefinite quantity purchase order solicited on a 100% small business basis. SIC Code 8712 at $2.5 million is applicable. The RFQ includes a base year performance period only.
