Work shall conducted on buildings 5418 and 5429 single family, single story housing units and partial roof replacement on building 5202 (base 3n1) a single story gas station. Work in units 5418 and 5429 consists of removal of existing built up tar and gravel roof; removal of roof flashing; removal and replacement of damaged plywood roof decking; installation of new iso insulation on each roof; installation of new .060 black fully adhered EPDM roofing membrane, installation of new flashing; painting chimneys, skylight frame, and vents. For building 5202 roof work consists of removal of existing tar paper roofing; removal and replacement of damaged plywood roof decking; installation of iso insulation; instllation of white .045 fully adhered EPDM roofing membrane and; installation of new flashing and; final inspection by COTR and site cleanup. The specified work will be done at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024. A payment bond will be required for any awards over 25k prior to commencement. SIC code for this project is 1521. Contract commencement and completion dates shall be established at the Pre-Construction meeting.
