The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for the installation of new drop ceiling in Room No. 129 and interior painting of Room Nos. 101, 124, 125, 126, 127, 129, 131, 132, 134, 202, 203, and 206 thru 214. Remove existing windows and front and sided doors. Existing window caulking has asbestos and are to be removed in such a fashion so that there is no health hazard. Install new windows, front and side doors, security screens for the first floor. The electrical work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment, transportation and supervision for performing all operations in connection with the new installation of lighting system in the building. The work consists of the removal of existing lighting fixtures in the first, second floor and parking lot including accessories. Replacing with new energy efficient light fixtures with electric ballast and incidental related work that will provide productive, safe and pleasing visual environment for the occupants at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, 7400 South Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL. 2. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. 3. The estimated construction cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. 4. The SIC Code for this project is 1542 and the FSC is Z119. 5.
