The solicitation packages will be made available on or about March 3, 1998. There will be a nonrefundabe charge of $20.00 for the solicitation package. Payment for the solicitation package will be made by check and must accompany the request for a solicitation package. Make checks payable to the Department of Veterans Affiairs.
