Scope of work includes, but ~is not limited to: Construct an approximately 48 ft x 41 ft pre-engineered metal addition to the existing mobility storage warehouse/motor vehicle maintenance building. Exterior work to include demolition, grading and paving. Interior construction to include an office, training room and reinforced concrete security vault. Install lighting and electrical distribution. Install window air conditioners and package dehumidifier. Details to be included in solicitation DAHA50-98-B-0001 to be issued o/a 9 March. Note that this date is only an estimate; therefore, requesters shall verify actual availability since on-island vendors are required to make arrangements to pick up their own copy(s) from this office. All others will be mailed their solicitations. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A non-refundable check for $100.00 payable to DFAS OPLOC will be required for each solicitation requested. Personal checks, cash, and money orders will not be accepted.
