The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission seeks a contractor to maintain and continuously update the basic "NRC Rules and Regulations" as a permanent record of NRC rulemaking activity and a faithful facsimile of the current status of 10 CFR Chapter I. The period of performance is one year with four, one-year options. A cost-plus-fixed fee, requirements type contract is anticipated. These services are currently being performed by Jack Faucett under NRC Contract Number NRC-10-93-138 which expires 07/31/98. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts of $5.0 million over the past three years, as set forth under Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) 7389.
