S -- S -- ELECTRICAL SUB-STATION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SOL CBD000-8035-0002 POC Contract Specialist Linda Savage (918) 421-3390 (Site Code DAAA31) Sources are being sought to identify potential service providers to take over ownership of McAlester Army Ammunition Plant's (McAAP's) Electrical Sub-Station and Distribution System located within the boundaries of the installation. Ultimately McAAP is seeking total divestiture of the electrical sub-station and distribution system to the non-federal sector. The new owner (herein referred to as Service Provider) would assume full responsibility for maintaining the electrical distribution system so that reliable electrical service can be provided to each McAAP consumption point on the installation. The Service Provider would also be responsible for all capital investments to maintain, improve, and extend McAAP's electrical sub-station and distribution system. The Service Provider would purchase the existing electrical sub-station and distribution system at a fair market value.
