This project consists of removal and disposal of existing deteriorated direct expansion type air conditioning unit equipment and accessories. Providing new chilled water air conditioning equipment and accessories with adequate capacity to handle the air conditioning load of the entire building. Modify existing duct to suit new air conditioning equipment. Modify existing electrical system for the new air conditioning system and removal of existing hot and cold water piping and replacement with new hot and cold water piping system. The location of the work is at Building 3190, COMNAVMARIANAS, Guam, M.I.. The performance period is 180 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A limited number of Request For Proposals (RFP) solicitation packages will be available on or about 24 February 1998 at no charge and issued on a first come first serve basis.
