Fogarty (215) 823-5872 The Contractor shall furnish Anesthesiology Services at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center (PVAMC) by providing Board Certified Anesthesiologists and/or Masters Prepared Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) to perform the requirements of this contract on an "as needed" basis. As there is no way of determining the quantity of physicians required under this contract, the number of Anesthesiologists and/or CRNAs required at any given time shall be determined by the current patient workload and availability of PVAMC Anesthesiology staff. Contract period will be one (1) year from date of award with two (2) one year options. See Note(s): 1. (0035)
