Work involves lookout person to detect and report smokes or fires within and adjacent to the Lincoln National Forest, to monitor and relay radio messages, observe and report state of the weather, e.g., thunderstorms, and take weather readings when required. The contract period shall be effective for one year with two one year options. There are two towers with one of the towers having living and work quarters. The proposed contract is set aside for small business. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Forest Service. (0034)
