65 -- RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL DOSES SOL DAKF40-98-R-0003 DUE 041598 POC Contract Specialist LORRAINE JACKSON (910) 396-4362 X227 (Site Code DAKF40) This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Photon Imaging -- South, Fayetteville, North Carolina for the purchase of radiopharmaceutical doses i.e. 99m Tc Pertechnetate; 99m Tc Sulfur Colloid; 99m Tc MDP; 99m Tc MAA; 99m Tc DTPA; 99m Tc Gluceptate; 99m Tc Sestamibi; 99m Tc Mebrofenin; 99m Tc Ceretec (HMPAO) Labeled Leukocytes; 99m Tc MAG- 3; 99m Tc Ceretec (HMPAO) Brains; 111-Indium DTPA; 111-Indium Labeled Leukocytes; 111-Indium (OncoScint CR/OV); 111-Indium (Octreoscan); 99m Tc DMSA; 99m Tc HSA; 111-Indium Chloride; and 1-131 Diagnostic Capsules. Quantities and dose ranges vary. Delivery on a daily basis by contractor personnel. All vials must be calibrated for time of delivery. Contractor must be able to meet a two hour emergency response/delivery time. The Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or its agreement state equivalent. A Requirements Type Contract is anticipated. Date for receipt of proposal is estimated, actual date for receipt will be included in the solicitation document. All responsible sources are encouraged to respond to this announcement and must submit information identifying their capability to supply the required items, their capability and method proposed to meet the two hour emergency response requirement and technical and pricing information. Such information will be considered only if there is clear and convincing evidence that the interested source can meet the requirements of the Government as submitted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to their notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. (0035)
