Number 163595, dated January 30, 1998 are modified as follows for the
purposes of clarification: The Start Date of the effort is changed from
the week of February 23, 1998 to March, 1998. The First Seminar is
changed from Charlotte, NC., on March 3-5 1998, New York, NY., on April
21-23, 1998. Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) Phase I: Review of
all seminar material (handouts, slides, etc.) for design, simplicity,
and visual appeal. Shall be changed to read as follows: "Review of all
seminar material (handouts, slides, etc.). Contractor's review of
material will be soley for evaluation of design, simplicity, and visual
appeal. There are two basic types of seminar programs -- an overview
format which addresses the Commerce Department's export controls and an
advanced topic program which deals with specific market sectors of
trade issues. Although they differ in topic, they can be analyzed on
the same basis." During attendance of these seminars, contractor will

be approximately eight (8) speakers participating in the two day
seminars. Two of these speakers are from outside of the agency and

5-10 of these are interagency representatives and not part of the
evaluation." Refer to Phase 2 of the Statement of Work (SOW) This will
require the contractor to evaluate many levels of expertise as well as
areas of speciality depending on the individual presenting the
material. Shall be changed to read as follows: "This will require the

Individual speeches are normally written by upper management, SES, and
political representatives with input from staff members. The other
seminar speakers use presentation materials developed by previous
speakers or by themselves. However, they must follow a template of
slides agreed upon by a group of speakers from the overall pool of
presenters. They may design a few additional slides to accommodate
their individual presentation style." Class size will be 12 or less.
Daily schedule should be at least 7.5 hours. Shall be changed to read
as: "Class size will be 12 or less with each class being two days in

the submission of proposals shall remain the same, 09 February 1998,
