This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately ($2,000 to $1.6 million). The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately ($7,000,000.00 estimated yearly amount). Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make 5 awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000 may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis.
