The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to perform all operations in connection with constructing Project CRWU 96-1030 located at Buckley ANG Base in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The project scope includes replacement of underground water and natural gas piping with associated valves, hydrants, and other accessories. Work also includes the installation of meters and cathodic protection, and repair or roads and other items affected by pipe installation. This project is listed under SIC 1623. The approximate bid opeing date is 19 Mar 98. The estimated construction period is 270 days for an estimated contract completion date of 15 Mar 99. The estimated construction cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. It is estimated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
