This is a pre-solicitation notice: The work includes removal of a portion of existing metal siding panels and installation of new metal siding panels to match existing, removal of existing windows and exterior doors and installation of new windows and exterior doors. Installation of new fiberglass batt insulation in specific walls as noted on floor plan. Removal of existing sheet vinyl flooring. Work also includes stripping of paint from an existing metal exterior stair and repainting the stair, patching and repairing all existing metal siding to remain. In addition, the entire building exterior shall be repainted. Estimated Construction Cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. THERE WILL BE a non-refundable charge for each copy of the solicitation.
