Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of siding and corroded membersof the upper tram terminal, replace degraded walkway leading to MAR tower, and properly dispose of demolition debris. Magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. Performance period is 365 calendar days with 120 days on site. Solicitation will be available on or about 17 FEB 98 with a BOD of 19 MAR 98. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. The drawings are Autocad 12. There will not be a cost for the package. Packages will be sent upon written request.
